She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sleva and Elizabeth Sleva (Shaffer); her siblings, Marie Quick (Sleva), Mark Sleva and Barbara Kotcher (Sleva); and her nephew Aaron Sleva.

She is survived by: her brother John Sleva (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
