He is survived by: his mother Charlene Winters; his caregiver Charlene Winters; his children, Kevin Winters McGohan (Hannah) and Grace Schimmoeller (Dillon); his grandchildren, Zelie and Sophia Schimmoeller; his siblings, Thais Winters Veselik and Joseph Winters; and his nieces and nephews, Janelle, Andrew, Ashley, Trey, Corey Veselik and Stacey McGohan (Todd). He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.
