She is survived by: her children, Susan Swinford (Christopher) and Steven (Jeanine Izzo); her grandson Alexander Swinford; her sister Jane Oakes; her cousin G. Gordon Biggar; her brother David; her sister-in-law Patt; her sister Marilyn; and her brother-in-law Samuli Savolainen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
