She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Willie, Dorothy Lee, Ben and Cornelia Shelton. She is survived by: her parents, Johnnie W. Shelton and Barbara A. Shelton; her children, Kevin D. Davis and Porsche K. Taylor; her husband Kevin T.; her grandchildren, Zakiyah, Laiden and Kamden; and her siblings, Catherine (Christopher), Aisha (Dillard), Kristen, Antoinece "Kadeesha", Angelique "Angie" and Jacques. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallace Broadview Funeral Home (2020 Roosevelt Rd, Broadview, IL 60155). A wake was held on Friday, July 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New Horizon Baptist Church (1600 S 5th Ave, Maywood, IL 60153). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Plaines Ave Forest Park (863 Des Plaines Ave, Forest Park, IL 60130).
