He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winthers and Emma Winthers; and his siblings, Laverne Welnicki, Irene Snyder, Arlene Ettner, Florence Nikolich and Bill Winthers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Bunny); his children, David (Linda), Linda Reines (Bob), Cynthia D'Antonio (Bob) and Kenneth (Michelle); his grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan, Steven, Michelle, Michael, Zachary, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Stefani and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Erin, Owen, Lillianna, Kaia, Eliana, Ava, Georgia, Alena, Quinten, Kristalyn, Avalyn, Mina and Harrison; and his brother Richard Winthers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
