It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Montplaisir of Wheaton, Illinois, born in Fort Lee, New Jersey, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonore McGovern and James A McGovern; her husband Charlie Montplaisir; and her siblings, James, Robert and Jeanne.

She is survived by : her children, Barbara Bruce (Daniel) of Wheaton and Charles Montplaisir (Margaret) of Robbinsville; and her grandchildren, Hayley Bruce, Kathryn Bruce and Cole Montplaisir. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
