She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Flaherty; her brother John; her granddaughter Jennifer; and her parents, Olivette Ryder and John Welter.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Wendy Foote), Suzanne (Jeff Ramirez), John (Maureen Rork) and Brian; her grandchildren, Emily, Steven, Lauren and Ryan; her great grandchild Daniel; her brother Daniel; her friend Virginia Hoynes (Boyle); Joe Flaherty.
