With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ian David Vilkama of Wheaton, Illinois, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 14, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pirjo Hill (Poytakangas), Kenneth Hill and Anne Vilkama (Phillips); and his uncle John Hill. He is survived by: his significant other Lily Mouw; his parents, Paula Vilkama and David Vilkama; his siblings, Sebastian and Penelope; his grandfather Esa Vilkama; and his aunts and uncles, Leila Godfrey (Geoff), Lisa Kuopus (Michael), Sara Hill, Jana Mattila (Chad), Rita Lang (Harley), Eric Hill (Nina), Peter Hill (Susan), Tina Hoikka (Carl), Michael Hill (Emily), Hannah Jurmu (Brian), Thomas Vilkama (Megan), Diana Vilkama and Philip Vilkama.
