In loving memory of Janice Kay of Wheaton, Illinois, who departed this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 89. Janice leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl Edmund Cave; her husband Thomas O. Kay; her mother Genevieve Cave (Hunter); and her sisters, Judith Kahler and Noma Cave.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine M. Kay (Richard Cooper) of Northampton, Kay (Barbara) of Wheaton and John R. Kay (Catherine E. Kay) of Wheaton; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Benjamin, Andrew, Tom, William, Charles, Eleanor and Megan; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Arthur and Maggie; and her sisters, Virginia Ruzicka (Jack) of Marble Rock, IA and Rebecca Radel (Richard) of Stillwater, MN. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the College Church (335 E Seminary Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187).
