He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Stevens and Mary Jane; and his sister Sandra Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Clara of King's Camp; his brother Perry Stevens (Babette); his nephews, Zane (Kristin), Drew, Myles and Tyler Stevens; his great-niece Zella; and his great-nephew Bennett Stevens.
