He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Clapp Vernon and Douglas Warren Vernon; and his sister Bonnie Vernon. He is survived by: his sister Janis; his brother-in-law Randy Foster; and his sibling's children, Carrie Brush, Michael Foster (Rebecca), Todd Foster (Kendra), Gregg Marsano, Doug Marsano (Nichole) and Meghan Yoho (Sean). He is also survived by seventeen great nieces and nephews.
