He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Snyder and Helen Snyder; his wife Lillian Snyder; and his siblings, Joan VanAsselt, Gregg Snyder and Warren Snyder.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Snyder (Craig Duncan), Nancy Rice (Donald) and Gordon Snyder (Meg); his grandchildren, Robin Powszok (Brad), Adam Rice (Mackenzie), Hayden Snyder and Everett Snyder; and his close friend Dell Hanrahan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn (550 N Main St, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137).
