She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Dean and Kathleen Dean (Ryan); her husband Charlie; her son Jason Clark; her aunts and uncles, Governor George (Lura Lynn Ryan), Thomas J. (Stella Ryan) and Nancy (Bob Ferguson); and her cousins, Jim Dean and Robbie Ferguson.

She is survived by: her children, David Clark of Bourbonnais, Sarah Berger-Clark (Corinne) of Glen Ellyn, IL and Laura Voigt (Kelly) of Inverness, IL; her siblings, Jan Carmitchel (Bruce) of Lincoln, IL, Tom Dean (Andrea) and Doug Dean (Amy); her grandchildren, George Berger-Clark, Luke Berger-Clark, Alice Voigt and Asher Clark; and her brother Bryan Dean (Beth).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Duane Dean Behavioral Health Center, Kankakee.
