He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Barbara Alvarez; and his grandparents, Constancia Tinio, Vincente Cardones, Olga Mendoza and Luis Garay Alvarez.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Alvarez; his children, Adalyn and Isabel; his father Luis Alvarez (Norma Barbara Alvarez); his siblings, Marylou Alvarez and Kim Carrasco (Erick); his nieces, Lucy and Emma; and his nephew Andrew. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
