He was predeceased by: his parents, William A Thonn and Myrtle Annetta Perkins Thonn; his brother Bill (William Thonn); his son-in-law Mark Erickson; and his nephews, Raymond Thonn and Michael Thonn.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; and his children, Elizabeth Erickson (Ken), David (Kathy) and Steve (Pam).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (802 E Geneva Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187).
