He was predeceased by: his parents, Magda Dick and Einar Dick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Underhill; his children, David Dick (Diane), Kathleen Rudolph, Susan Daggett and Sally Lewis (Chuck); his grandchildren, Sarah (Joe), Christopher, Chuck, Jr. (Megan), Steven (Tessa), David, Jr. and Daniel; and his great grandchild Aftyn.
