He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Johnson and Oscar Johnson; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (late Susan), Christopher, Mary Ellen (Ali), Daniel and James (Gael); his wife Eva; his sons, Perry (Kimberly) and Paul (Rebecca); his sister Nancy (Spence); and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Nick, Vivian and Mitchell. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, in addition to his family.
