She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bill Abernathy, Rosemary Koessler and Donald Abernathy. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Deigel; her daughters, Paula Parsegian, Mary Busch (Norman) and Alicia Sievert (Rick); her grandchildren, Jason (Beth), Bryan, Katie and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Aria, Tommy and Quinn.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kolssak Funeral Home (189 S Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090).
