With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Pamela L. Uhrik of Wheeling, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Pamela left this world on October 7, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edwin R. Uhrik; her son Edward L. Uhrik (Angela S. Uhrik); her grandchildren, Smara, Helena and Leo; her son John S. Uhrik (Pamela R. Uhrik); her grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Walter; her parents, Beatrice Schwinghammer and Leo Schwinghammer; her sisters, Beatrice "Betty" Schwinghammer and Barbara McAllister; and her daughter Sara K. Uhrik.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chevy Chase Country Club (1000 N Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you honor Pamela by paying it forward with acts of kindness and love, or by donating to The Michael J. Fox Foundation (to end Parkinson's) or to the Sara Uhrik Memorial Scholarship fund at Wheeling High School.
