He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Tammy Joyce; his parents, Jay Hoppie and Bernadine Hoppie; and his brother Paul Hoppie (Georgine). He is survived by: his wife Anita Woolwine; his children, Paige Medynskyj (Vincent) and Bradley Hoppie (Candice); his brothers, Pat Hoppie, John Hoppie (Roxanne) and Jay Hoppie (Maryellen); his grandsons, Ethan Medynskyj and Lincoln Medynskyj; and his pet Grace. He is also survived by extended family, and a wide community of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, honoring Pete Hoppie's lifelong commitment to service and generosity.
