He is survived by: his children, Philip Jr., Scott, Thomas (Linda Sue), Susan (Michael), Paul, Clarence, Terence (Kaycee) and Richard; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Clifford), Samantha, Sarah, Vanessa, Diana and Tom Jr. (Mary Jo); and his sister Mary Sue Kelly (Tom).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Parish (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
