In loving memory of Sheila Marie DeLaMar of Wheeling, Illinois, who departed this world on November 17, 2025 at the age of 87. Sheila leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Devereaux and Lillian Devereaux; her husband George H. DeLaMar; and her brother Michael Devereaux. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Marybeth), Mark (Lisa) of Grayslake and Julie Heldt (Alexander) of Hainesville; and her grandchildren, Steven, Noel, Patrick, Caitlin, Jack, Aidan, Madyn, Kevin, Kara, Tessa, Mia, Maren Heldt and Logan Heldt. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gilbert Catholic Church (301 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the Alzheimer's Association.
