He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Roberts and Ruth Scoggins Roberts; his daughter Misty Dawn Dixon; and his brothers, Glenn Leroy Roberts Jr. and James Henry Roberts.

He is survived by: his close friend Debra McClintock of White Hall; his children, Kristi Lynette Whitcomb (Aaron) of Auburn, Rodney Glenn Roberts (Rachel) of Owen Sound, Ontario, Erika Beecherer of Wentzville, MO, Mike McClintock of East Moline, Lance McClintock and AJ McClintock of Jerseyville; his siblings, Marsha Buchanan (Russell) of White Hall, Alan Roberts (Sue) of Farmersville and Brian Roberts of White Hall; and his sister-in-law Tina Roberts of Alton. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
