He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Bantz and Shirley Bantz (Lumberry); and his brother Donald Bantz. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Dudley; his son Jarrod Bantz of Williamsfield; his brothers, Harley Bantz of Happy Hollow, IL, Dennis Bantz of Happy Hollow, IL and Larry Bantz of Fairview, IL; and his grandchildren, Jayden and Gavin.
