She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Joseph Woodard and Marjorie Jane Woodard (Utley); her son James Dean Rich; and her siblings, Bernard Woodard, Mary Beals and Reta Booker.
She is survived by: her husband John O. Rich of Willow Hill, Illinois; and her children, Randy Rich (Andrea) of Oblong, Lena Russell (Wayne) of Willow Hill and Cheryl Christine (Roy) of Flat Rock, Illinois. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
