She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Joseph and Marjorie Jane Woodard (Utley); her husband Harold W. Booker; her grandson Ross Booker; and her siblings, Bernard Woodard and Mary Jane Beals.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Booker (Karen) of Willow Hill, Donald Booker (Delores) of Flora, Vince Booker (Gina) of Oblong and David Booker (Marita) of Ogden; her grandchildren, Trisha of Rochelle, Bradley Booker (Brittany Jones) of Oblong, Doug Booker (Jessica) of South Elgin, Zachary Booker (Ashley) of Oblong, Garrett Booker of Willow Hill, Anthony Booker (Cassandra) of Ottawa and Charissa Smith (Tony) of Robinson; her great grandchildren, Austin Ellis, Christopher Ellis, Josh Slane, Maci Smith, Sutton Booker, Addisyn Booker and Jaxson Booker; her grandchildren, Austin Jones, Sophia Jones, Aubrey Jones, Katrina Jones and Chevy Vest; her great great grandchildren, Jaylen Slane and Avianna Ellis; and her sister Carolyn Rich (John) of Willow Hill. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
