He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Woodard; and his grandparents, Harold, Marjorie Woodard, Joe and Fanny Murry.
He is survived by: his mother Geneva Woodard (Murry) of Willow Hill; and his siblings, Jenny Kerner (Mike) of Willow Hill, Sandy Dunlap (James) of Hardinville, Bernie Woodard (Venus) of Roseburg, OR, Cliff Woodard (Carrie) of Newton, Clinton Woodard (Rohnna) of Willow Hill and Mike Woodard (Angel) of Yale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
