She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Sam" Zacek; her parents, Mary Javor and John Javor; her son Steve Zacek (Neena); and her granddaughter Samantha Mocherek.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Gorman (Greg), Barb Mocherek (Andy) and Scott Zacek (Maureen); her grandchildren, David Gorman, Val Czerniak (Mike), Tony Tenerelli (Lauren), Chris Mocherek (Zoe) and DJ Hilt; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Sutherland, Nolan Tenerelli and Adeline Tenerelli.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd. - Willow Springs (8999 Archer Ave, Willow Springs, IL 60480-1205).
