He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Hurst and Shirley Hurst Susman; and his pet Silver. He is survived by: his sons, Evan, Jonathan and Joey; his brother Matthew Hurst; his sister-in-law Mandy Zaransky-Hurst; and his nieces, Magnolia and Annika.
