The memory of Elliot Weis (Wilmette, Illinois), who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 53, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Elliot leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Elliot may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his sister Alison Galanopoulos (Perry); his sibling's children, Peter, Max Galanopoulos and Adalie Galanopoulos; his cousins, Jon Weis (Lisa), Sari Weis and Sam Weis; his uncle Mervyn Weis (Anita); and his friend Elliot.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).
