He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Robert II and Jerrie Lynne Nash; his brothers, Neil Nash (late Vicky) and Jack Klein (Barb); his brother-in-law Raymond Anetsberger (Diane); and his siblings' children, Doreen Jay and Troy.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his grandson Jay V; his siblings-in-law, Russell Anetsberger (Sara) and Cathy Edens (George); and his sibling's children, Neil Nash, Kori, Brittany Edens, Katelynne Klein and Jessica Wyma (Tyler).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
