He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Benjamin and Arzola May Carr (Calhoun); his brothers, Edward Carr (Betty) and Roy (Mary Ruth); his son-in-law Marvin Manegold; his grandson Richard Carr; and his parents-in-law, Ora and Elsie McCaslin.
He is survived by: his wife Angie McCaslin; his children, Donald Carr (Yolanda) of Mesa and Marcia Manegold of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Jenni D'Souza (Peter), Donald Jr. Carr (Justine) and Nicole Palma (Mark); his great grandchildren, Katherine Carr, Matthew Palma, Sophia Palma, Remi Carr, Kaylee D'Souza and Quinn D'Souza; and his great great grandchild Jorah Russell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Charles memory to his family for their distribution.
