With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Lisa Karr of Wilmington, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael A. Auten-Glenney and Beatrice Auten-Glenney; and her sister Pamela Allen. She is survived by : her husband Gregory Karr; her children, Lisa Swaba of Wisconsin, Michael Brown of Detroit and Patrick Brown of Bolingbrook; her grandsons, Lucas and Andrew VanDuyne of Chicago; her siblings-in-law, Trish Karr of Springfield, MO, Paulette Gates of Springfield, MO, Carol Distefano of Symerton and Michael Distefano of Mexico, MO; and her close friends, Michael C. Terry, Sharon Mosier and April Crawford.
Preferred memorials in Cheryl's memory may be made as gifts to the family for their distribution.
