It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred R. Sigrist of Wilmington, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick R. Sigrist and Juanita Sigrist (Davidson); and his siblings, Becki Miller and Allan Sigrist. He is survived by: his children, Dreama Sigrist of Morris and Diana Knudsen of Oak Forest, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary Thorne, Stephanie Thorne (Zack Kopacka), Karlee Knudsen (Stephen Bates) and Kayla Knudsen-Jongsma; his great grandchildren, Kayden Jongsma, Theodore Jongsma, Domonic Kopacka, Galileo Kopacka, Kian Kopacka and River Paige Knudsen; and his sister Roberta "Bobbie" Kirk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
