He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schneider and Myrtle Schneider (Day). He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, John (Doreen), Jeff (Debbie), Joe, Jim Day, Christopher, Brenda Sparks and Lori Abill (Keith); his grandchildren, Candace, Hillary, Drew, Alex, Courtney, Marcus, Pete Rombakis, Krystle, Cameron, Kyle and Bethany; and his siblings, Carol (Gerry) and Robert (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorials in Jack's name may be made as gifts in his memory to Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, Illinois 60431.
