She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Martens and Ruth Martens (Peterson); her husband Gary Lee Brooks; and her nephew David Williams. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Speer (Chad) of Wilmington and Garret Brooks (Sarah) of Joliet; her grandsons, Keenan Orr of Fort Campbell, Sterling and Jackson Brooks of Joliet; her sister Nancy Williams (late Jimmie); and her niece Julie Williams of Marco Island.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Marianne's memory to 209U Foundation For Excellence, 209U Wildcat Court, Wilmington, Illinois 60481.
