The passing of Necia Dickerman of Wilmington, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 85. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hahn-Parker and Edith Hahn-Parker (Bodien); her husband Fred Dickerman; her former husband Robert Cartwright; her son Randy Lee Cartwright; her brother David Hahn; and her close friend Tricia Edmunds.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Kaptena (Ray) of Wilmington, Deborah Chamberlain (Bob) of Wilmington, David Cartwright (Colleen) of Benham and Jacque Nobles (Harvey Plante) of Coal City; and her brother Louis Hahn of Brookston, Minnesota. She is also survived by many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Abundant Life Fellowship (23632 IL-113, Wilmington, IL 60481). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Necia's memory to the American Diabetes Association or to Blood Cancer United.
