She was predeceased by: her parents, James Flynn and Katherine Flynn; her children, Douglas and Andrea Jensen; and her siblings, Richard "Ricky" Flynn and Carolyn Flynn.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Jensen of Gardner, IL and Janelle Jensen of Wilmington, IL.; and her brothers, James Flynn of Braidwood, IL and Ronald Flynn (Dana) of Verona, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Midwest Sight Foundation or the Will County Humane Society, causes close to Patricia's heart.
