He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Edward and Floy Jean Neises (Pennington); and his brother Steven Neises. He is survived by : his wife Darla; his daughter Jasmin Claxton (Terry); his grandchildren, Peyton and Damien; his children, Brandon Neises and Thomas Neises; and his siblings, Michele Hetzer (Dennis) and Jean Jasper (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
