She was predeceased by: her father Dale Rhodes; her brother Donald Eugene Rhodes; her granddaughter Amelia "Pia" McInerney; her sister-in-law Debbie Rhodes; and her close friend Robin Rynearson.
She is survived by: her mother Leila Rhodes of Wilmington; her husband Mark Kruchten; her children, Adam Kruchten (Gina) of Wilmington and Amber Kruchten of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Baylee McInerney, Connor Kruchten and Chase Kruchten; her brothers, Dale Rhodes of Wilmington and Donnie Rhodes (Julie) of Braidwood, IL; and her nieces, JoLinda and Lauren Rhodes. She is also survived by numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tammy's name may be made to the Maggie Daley Center for Women's Cancer Care or Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, in honor of the love, strength, and compassion she so generously shared with others.
