He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Haldorson and Betty Haldorson (Petersen); his former wife Kathy Haldorson (Maxey); his brother Lee Haldorson; his parents-in-law, Muriel, William Testa and Bill Maxey; and his pet Tigger.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Testa-Haldorson of Wilmington; his children, Lyndsay Haldorson (Caito Cerisola) of Los Angeles, Adam Haldorson of Wilmington, Amanda Haldorson of Bradley, Laura Haldorson-Moreno (Daniel) of Cobden and Matthew Haldorson of Wilmington; his sister Kathy Boyer (late Don) of Morris, Illinois; his mother-in-law Sharlene Maxey; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Haldorson of Plainfield, Mike Maxey (Tracy) of Minooka and Dave Maxey. He is also survived by many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
Inurnment with Full Military Honors will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood at 1:00 p.m. Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Bill's memory to the family for distribution to charities of their choosing.
