He is survived by: his sons, John E. Katava (Lisa) of Wilsonville, IL and David W. Katava of Wilsonville, IL; his grandchildren, Kristi Payne (Mark), Diana Hoke, Haley Katava, Billy Katava (Jessica) and Erica Katava; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Ariana, Koreanna, Katherine, Kreeson and Ella.
