She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Cumby and Mary Elsie Thrasher; her siblings, Dorothy Smith (Bob), Wanda Campbell (Greg), Betty Johnson (Bob) and Ray Cumby (Anita); and her son-in-law Randy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Billie D. Rueter; her children, Leanne Motley-Smith and Jon Rueter of Winchester; and her grandson Brennan Motley (Teri). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
