Dick and Margaret Trumble Riggs; his former life partner Linda Sue Sparks; his wife Sue Riggs of Winchester; his daughter Becky Stevens (Les) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Matthew (Karen), Lanie, Mae Rueter and Curtis (Alaina); his children, Jaidyn, Kynlee Rueter, Bill Riggs (Joyce) of Winchester, Sarah Burton of Jacksonville and Sam Isaacs (Gary) of Pleasant Plains; his grandchildren, Tyler Isaacs (Megan) and Kristi (Colin); his siblings, Ted McDonald (Donna) of Carl Junction, MO and Eva Jo McLaughlin of Winchester; his stepmother Jessie Coultas Riggs; and his siblings, John Jack Riggs and Betty Corson Darlington.
