He was predeceased by : his parents, Steven A. Koch and Mary Regina Kirchner Koch; his stepmother Dorothy Koch; and his stepbrother Perry Vogt. He is survived by : his spouse Lorrie Hoots; his daughter Linley Koch of Winchester; his grandchild Lennox; and his stepsister Trudi Rohlfing (Allyn).
