He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Latch and Vera Latch (Dickinson); his son Johnny; his sister Donna King; and his uncle Eugene Latch.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Shari" Twitty of Mattoon; his son Bradley Latch (Cathy) of Lerna; his grandchildren, BJ Latch and Kelsey Hall (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Xavier, Chloe, Lilly and Aubrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Harland's honor may be made to the VFW Post 4325 Honor Guard and may be mailed to Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, P.O. Box 52, Windsor, IL 61957.
