He is survived by : his wife Patty (Lichauer); his children, Karissa Sanders, Zach, Cassey Salsiccia, Nathan Black (Cheree), Glenn Smith (Margaret), Jesse Smith (Stephanie) and Kaleb Smith (Asha); his sister Connie King (Jeff); his nephew Cory King (Michelle); and his nieces, Kendra Fabian (Josh) and Tia Horn (Raymond).
