She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Luther and Doris Ellen Wiltermood (Boyd). She is survived by: her son Christopher Ryan Smith (Ashley Askew) of Mattoon; her adoptive son Jason Cook (Lyndsy); her siblings, Debra Wofford of West Peoria, Joe Wiltermood (Holly), Lyle Wiltermood (Patty) of Windsor and Charles Hayes (Tina) of Owensboro, Kentucky; and her aunts, Violet of Mattoon and Janet of Mattoon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
