As Alan departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Alan may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Alan leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Foster and Mildred Foster; and his wife Winifred. He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Zima (Richard) of Wheaton; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Duane Frykman, Vaughn Frykman and Linda Woodward.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (41 N Park Blvd, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
