She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence J.; her son Robert; her parents, Bernard Lakowske and Agnes Lakowske; her sisters, Dolores Miller (John) and Lillian Lakowske; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Spatz (Gerry), Ann Reidy, John Spatz (Therese), Dolly Lawson (Glenn), Veronica McCormick (Jack) and Patricia Cunningham (Ed).
She is survived by: her children, Martin (Karen), Thomas (Jamie), Janet Huebner (David), Barbara Rutecki, Larry (Mary) and George Spatz (Suzanne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
